Can't access your membership?
Log in to the app with the same email address you used when buying your membership on this website. Access is matched by email, so a different email (or Apple's “Hide My Email” address) won't show your membership — email us and we'll link it for you.
Payment or renewal problems
If a payment went through but your membership isn't active, send us the email you paid with and your bKash / payment transaction ID, and we'll sort it out.
Problems with the app
Tell us your phone model, what you were doing, and what went wrong — a screenshot helps a lot.
Delete your account
In the app, go to Profile → Account → Delete Account. See Request Account Deletion for other options.
